Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Who is responsible?

Aicentric AS is the controller responsible for personal data handled through aicentric.io and enquiries sent to us. Organisation number: 931 469 266. Registered address: Tangen 13, 4608 Kristiansand, Norway. Contact: info@aicentric.io .

Visiting this website

Our website introduces Aicentric and our services. It has no user accounts, checkout or contact form. It offers an optional AI assistant, Aida, alongside prepared quick answers. The website code does not include advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics. Simply visiting the website does not send chat content to an AI model. AI processing takes place when you start AI chat and submit a question. Please read Aida’s chat privacy information before using the AI conversation.

Hostinger automatically logs technical requests to deliver and protect this website. Logged information includes IP address, request time, requested resource, browser and device information, approximate country inferred from IP address, request size and response time. These logs can also support traffic summaries and fault diagnosis. The purpose is to deliver the website, diagnose faults and protect it from misuse. Our legal basis is legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): maintaining a secure, functioning website.

Technical data retention

Technical logs are retained within our hosting provider’s systems for website delivery, security and troubleshooting. We have not yet confirmed the exact deletion periods for all origin-server and CDN logs and their backups; we will update this notice when those details are confirmed. A time range displayed in the hosting dashboard is not necessarily a deletion period. Contact us if you need further information about technical data relating to your visit.

When you contact us

Our contact buttons open your email application. If you send us a message, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message and any attachments. We use this information to answer your enquiry and manage the conversation. Providing it is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond.

For general business enquiries, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Where you personally request steps towards a contract, Article 6(1)(b) applies to the information necessary for those steps.

Please avoid sending sensitive employee information, health information, identification documents or confidential workplace material in an initial enquiry.

How long we keep correspondence

We delete ordinary, completed enquiries within 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Where correspondence is necessary to perform an ongoing agreement, meet a legal retention obligation or establish, exercise or defend a specific legal claim, we retain only the relevant material for that purpose. We review continued necessity and delete it when that purpose and any applicable legal retention period end.

Service providers and international processing

We use Hostinger for website hosting and content delivery, Titan for email, and OpenAI for optional AI chat responses. These providers process technical website data, correspondence or chat content as relevant to the service. For chat purposes, data, retention, legal basis and international processing, see Aida’s chat privacy information.

Hostinger’s Data Processing Addendum describes its processing obligations and the use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers. Titan publishes its own Data Processing Addendum and subprocessor list . Providers and their subprocessors may process information outside the EEA. We have not yet verified the complete country-by-country processing and transfer arrangements for this account; we do not represent that all information stays in Norway or the EEA. You can contact us for the available safeguards documentation and further details.

Titan documents automatic deletion of messages from Trash after 30 days and maintains disaster-recovery copies across regions. We have not confirmed the precise removal period for all backup copies. Our 12-month correspondence routine concerns the mailbox copies we control and does not promise that provider backups are erased on the same day.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion or restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Write to info@aicentric.io . We normally respond within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we explain the reason within that first month. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity.

You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet , or to the competent supervisory authority where you live or work in the EEA. You do not have to contact us first.

The current website does not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Language and privacy choices

Our Cookies & Storage notice explains the browser storage used for your privacy choice and optional language preference. Optional language storage is based on your consent and can be withdrawn through Cookie settings. Your email is not automatically enrolled in a newsletter when you contact us.

Changes

We publish updates here with a revised date. We highlight material changes on the website and, where appropriate or required, notify affected people directly before changing how previously collected information is used. New services will receive appropriate privacy information before they collect personal data.

Cookies & Storage

Updated: 23 September 2026. This notice describes the accompanying website version.

We use browser storage to remember your privacy choice. With your permission, we also remember your selected language. The website code does not use advertising or audience-analytics trackers.

Necessary: your privacy choice

Aicentric stores your choice, the notice version, the time you selected it and an expiry date in local storage under aicentric-consent . This keeps us from asking on every visit. The choice is valid for 180 days. On your next visit after expiry we remove the expired record and ask again. Browser storage can remain on your device until you revisit or clear site data.

Optional: your language

If you choose “Accept all”, we use aicentric-language to remember English or Norwegian between visits. This preference is valid until your privacy choice expires or you withdraw permission. With “Only necessary”, translation still works on the current page, but we do not save your language for future visits. Translation runs locally using our own files; it does not send text to an external translation service.

Changing your choice

Open “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Choose “Only necessary” to withdraw permission and delete the saved language. You can also delete this site's data using your browser settings. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies only while this page is open.

These storage entries are managed by Aicentric AS. Our script does not send their contents to our servers. Our language script does not enable optional language storage before your choice. “Accept all” covers only the language preference described here, not future tracking services.

Hosting security

Hostinger CDN may run a browser-verification check to protect this website from bots and attacks. A successful check can set a security verification cookie. This provider-controlled check is separate from our optional language preference and is not switched off by choosing “Only necessary”. Hostinger describes it in its browser-verification documentation . We have not yet confirmed the exact cookie name and lifetime for this setup and will update this notice when available.

Our cookie choices control the local storage described above. They do not stop the technical request processing needed to deliver a page, or apply to external websites you choose to visit.
