A facilitated half-day workshop. We start with the work as it happens today, explore the constraints and select one manageable opportunity.

2. Separate what we know from what we need to investigate.
3. Compare possible changes, including where AI may help.
4. Agree on one first test, an owner and a measure of progress.

03 / IMPROVEMENT ASSIGNMENTS

For a team facing a specific problem such as repeated handover delays, time-consuming status reporting or unclear priorities when capacity is limited.

We agree on one process, the scope and the deliverables before starting. Together, we map the current situation, establish a baseline, test a change and review what happened.

AI is included where it serves the task. The work may also involve clearer responsibilities, simpler templates or a better planning routine.

Timing, responsibilities and price are agreed in a written proposal. Outcomes depend on the situation, access to relevant information and the team’s participation.
